Choose plants that suit your lifestyle. If you’re manually watering your plants, consider how often you’re prepared to go outside to feed them. Don’t put out more plants than you will happily water!
If you’re grouping plants together, place them in odd numbers like 3’s, 5’s, etc., for a balanced look. Tiered plants of different heights also look better than plants that are all the same height - bring on the variation! (If your plants are all the same height you can create that difference with plant stands.)
Select your pots carefully accrording to the vibe that you want to create - the pots that you place your plants in contribute as much style to a room as the plants themselves!
